How to request a refund?
1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. If you have booked a consultation call within 7 days of your purchase, your refund request must be submitted no later than 24 hours after the termination of the call for a full refund to be issued
3. If your request is not received within 24 hours after the consultation call then the refund amount may be deducted if we have commenced our service
- Once the refund has been completed you will lose access to all digital assets which you may have been privy to
- Access to platforms and any memberships granted will be revoked
- Refunds are required to be made back to the same method of payment used for the purchase
- Please allow 5-7 working days for the funds to be credited back to you
